Why My Second Term Will Be Tough- Buhari

The 16-year rule of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will make the next four years tough for Nigerians, according to President Muhammadu Buhari.
Buhari won the presidential election recently after beating his closest rival Atiku Abubakar of the PDP.
Speaking over the weekend at a dinner by APC women and youths to celebrate his re-election, Buhari reechoed that the PDP wasted the country’s resources while in power.
Concise News understands that Buhari, in 2015, beat the then-incumbent, PDP’s Goodluck Jonathan, to end the party’s 16-year reign.
And he has said that due to the level of corruption during the period, his second term in office would be tough.
According to Buhari, the country witnessed “rampant infrastructure decay” in spite of the huge resources earned during PDP’s leadership.

He added that “our achievements are being downplayed and not drummed up in the media.
“Show me one thing the PDP achieved in 16 years and I will point out 16 achievements of ours.”
