These are not the best of times for Nestoil Group boss, Ernest Azudialu-Obiejesi as information reaching us has it that the operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had stormed his palatial residence located at Modupe Alakija Crescent, Ikoyi, Lagos.
We gathered that the EFCC operatives allegedly marked the property with red ink, indicating that the building is under investigation.
Sources squealed to us that a new generation bank is now out for the businessman over an unpaid loan of N20.3 billion.
However, in a petition to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), the bank alleged that Azudialu and his company have refused to service or pay the said loan which was allegedly used to finance Nestoil Towers on Akin Adesola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
